Co-payments are due the 15th of each month. Private payments are due every 2 weeks. Late fees will be applied to any payments received after the due date.  All fees paid in person are to be in the form of cash, check, or money order. Any checks returned due to non-sufficient funds will be charged a late fee plus any additional costs associated with the NSF transaction. There is a two-week deposit required for all children. This is to ensure that proper notice will be given for the withdrawal of children and/or all late fees and tuition are paid prior to their withdrawal. If the center does not receive proper notice of a child’s withdrawal, the parent is responsible for the tuition that has accumulated for the two week drop period. Any parent receiving subsidy will have to have all required information on file with the center, including the application to the program they have applied for and letter of approval from the program.
